Course Objectives
The sixty-hour Michigan residential builders prelicensing course covers business management, estimating and job costing, design and build science, contracts, liability, risk management, marketing and sales, project mananagement and scheduling, Michigan residential code, and MIOSHA construction safety standards plus additional state specific topics including licensing and statutory requirements.Work at Your Own Pace
The structure of the course allows the student to work at their own pace without any time constraints. There is no set log in time or required study session or webinar. The course material is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon enrollment, the student will have one year to complete the course. During the course of this year, the student may access the course and material at any point. Upon expiration of access, a one time extension fee will be charged to further access the material.Need Additional Help?
Every enrolled student is paired with a personal tutor to reach out to in the event of needing additional clarification on a course topic. The personal tutors are well established in the industry and can offer additional assistance to the student as needed. PDF versions of the course material are also available to each student upon request.

Installment payments available. Installment payments will consist with an initial downpayment of $125.00 and the
remaining to be paid in no more than three installments received not later than the completion of the first thirty-hour
